Everyone 12 years of age and older is now eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccination.
All adults 18 years of age and older are eligible to receive the Johnson & Johnson, Moderna or Pfizer vaccines, and individuals ages 12 and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine (if accompanied by a parent or caregiver).
All individuals, regardless of residency status, are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccines. All COVID-19 vaccines are free, regardless of health insurance, and you cannot be charged out-of-pocket costs like copays or deductibles.
Delaware County is currently offering the Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, and Pfizer vaccines free to Delaware County residents, with or without an appointment, at our Delaware County Wellness Center in Yeadon. All three vaccines will be available on the same days and times throughout the month of August.

In addition to the Delaware County Wellness Center in Yeadon, the Delaware County COVID-19 Task Force continues to partner with municipalities, organizations, businesses, churches and schools to identify needs and opportunities to operate smaller community pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics in underserved communities and at locations convenient to residents throughout all 49 municipalities.

In addition to the Delaware County-sponsored vaccination site in Yeadon and community pop-up vaccination clinics that continue to be scheduled each week, there are many vaccination sites being operated in Delaware County by multiple health partners, including hospitals, pharmacies, and retail establishments.

In April of 2021, Delaware County Council and the Delaware County COVID-19 Task Force launched the Homebound COVID-19 Vaccination Program to help ensure that Delaware County residents that are homebound or are unable to safely leave their residence could receive the vaccine. We continue to ask these unvaccinated individuals to contact our COVID-19 Call Center by phone at (484) 276-2100 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to schedule a homebound vaccination visit. To date, over 1,300 homebound Delaware County residents have been able to receive the vaccine as a result of this program.
Delaware County continues to operate a COVID-19 Call Center to answer COVID-19 related questions including information on vaccines and testing. The COVID-19 Call Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Call Center will respond to inquiries via phone or email.
