Kathy Bogosian, Vice Chairman

Kathy has served on the Delaware County Planning Commission since 2002 and named Vice Chairman in 2021. She provides the Planning Commission with a unique perspective as a local business owner with an impressive depth of knowledge and concern for the overall quality of life within the County. Her passion for planning stems from concern for sensible development with the integration of the business community.

For over 35 years as a resident of Radnor Township, Kathy has served as an equally vital member to their Township Planning and Zoning Boards as well as the Radnor Conservancy. She also serves as the President of the Bryn Mawr Business Association. During her time serving on various boards, Kathy has helped to draft the Radnor Land Use Plan and the Radnor Cable TV Ordinance.

Kathy works alongside her daughter operating The Camera Shop in Bryn Mawr, an independent, family-owned and operated business in the Philadelphia area since 1920. In addition to her expertise in professional and amateur photography, she also enjoys boating and reading legal and scientific based mysteries.

She also loves spending time with her granddaughter, Emma, and her wonderful dogs that were rescued from the Main Line Animal Rescue. Kathy is a graduate of Kutztown University and received a degree in Art Education. She also attended Temple University’s Tyler School of Art for graduate work.
