A: If you pay through a checking or savings account, the service is absolutely free. If you decide to pay by credit card, you will be charged an additional service charge. This charge will equal 3% of your total real estate tax amount. For example, if your real estate tax bill is $100, then your service charge (when paying by credit card) would equal $3.
Q: How do I receive my Real Estate Tax bill with E-Z Pay?
A: After becoming an E-Z Pay member, you will still receive a printed bill. We will also automatically notify you via e-mail when your bill is ready to be viewed and paid online. With E-Z Pay, you’ll receive your real estate tax bills even when you are on the road!

A: You can pay your bill either by an automatic draft from your checking or savings account, or by a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). When you pay your bill, you specify which form of payment you would like to use. Once you establish an account in E-Z Pay the information is stored securely in our database so you do not have to reenter the information each year.

A: Yes, you can establish multiple checking and savings accounts in E-Z Pay. You specify which account you want to use each time you pay your bill.
