2021 Reassessment Values by Municipality: Disclaimer

The assessed values set forth in this document represent the 2021 assessed values of the referenced properties as reported to property owners and taxing authorities in notices sent by Delaware County on July 1, 2020. However, the 2021 assessed values are subject to appeal by property owners and taxing authorities. The assessed values included in this document cannot be used for purposes of determining tax liabilities until the Board of Assessment finishes hearing appeals and certifies the Delaware County tax rolls which may occur this year as late as December 1, 2020. Current information for each property may be found at delcorealestate.co.delaware.pa.us.
