We understand that being the victim of a crime can be overwhelming and traumatic. You are not alone and don’t have to navigate the Juvenile Justice System alone. The Victim Services Program is here to support you every step of the way. We aim to ensure you are informed, heard, and empowered throughout the justice process. We are committed to helping you feel safe, supported, and restored to the fullest extent possible.
In close partnership with the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office – Juvenile Division and the Juvenile Probation Department, we advocate for your rights and work to amplify your voice. Whether you need updates on a case, emotional support, or help understanding your rights, our team is here for you.
We will help you connect with vital services/supports and submit claims for financial assistance through the Victims Compensation Assistance Program.
