The Office of Support Enforcement under the direction of Patricia Coacher, Esq., provides the following free legal services to recipients of child support:

Representation in Court.

Preparations of Petitions to Increase or Modify Court Orders and Petitions for Contempt.

Telephone Consultations.

Consultations in Domestic Relations support conferences.

Representation for enforcement of orders and collection of arrears.

Collection of arrearages by judgements.

Representation of Non-Delaware County residents seeking support from a Delaware County resident.
