The Division of Personal Health Services provides specific services to individuals in Delaware County to protect against communicable diseases, promote the health and well-being of women and children, and mitigate the effects of children’s environmental exposures to lead. Staff in the Bureau of Personal Health Services are responsible for administering programs that address communicable diseases (including vaccine-preventable diseases), maternal and child health, lead poisoning, and school health.




For more information and assistance, the Delaware County Health Department Wellness Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to responding to phone calls, the Wellness Line also responds to email inquiries.
