Federal and State experts have reviewed data and information regarding the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine and have determined it is safe to use.

Following the announcement by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice (ACIP) to resume the administration of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, Delaware County has opened two vaccine sites that will administer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Sites:

Delaware County Community College (901 Media Line Road, Media, PA)

Sunday, May 2, 9am-6pm
Delaware County Community College (901 Media Line Road, Media, PA)

Sunday, May 2, 9am-6pm
Ridley High School (901 Morton Avenue, Folsom, PA)

Appointments for the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine can be scheduled online at delcopa.gov/vax or by calling the Delaware County COVID-19 Call Center at 484-276-2100.

Delaware County is now offering walk-in and drive-up vaccinations at all County-operated, sponsored, and partnered vaccination sites, including the Delaware County Community College and Ridley High School sites. Appointments are still recommended. Scheduled appointments make planning easier and help ensure that residents get their vaccination quickly and efficiently, reducing the potential for on-site delays that may occur at peak hours.

The COVID-19 vaccine is the most powerful tool we have to fight the pandemic. Residents are urged to get vaccinated to protect themselves, their loved ones, and the community.
