Delaware County Council, joined by Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon, Senator Amanda Cappelletti, Senator John Kane, Senator Tim Kearny, Senator Anthony Williams, and multiple State Representatives will hold a virtual press conference to provide an update on vaccination efforts in Delaware County on March 11 at 4:00p.m.

Delaware County Council and Commissioners from Bucks County, Chester County and Montgomery County issued a joint statement earlier this week after a March 7 meeting with Pennsylvania Acting Secretary of Health Alison Beam and other Wolf Administration officials regarding the state’s allocation of COVID-19 vaccine to the four Southeast Pennsylvania counties.

The press conference will provide an update on vaccination efforts and communication with the State regarding the vaccine supply and distribution as well as concerns from legislators in Delaware County.
