Dr. Patrick J. Brennan, Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of University Pennsylvania Health System and Delaware County Board of Health member
Dr. Marina Barnett, Associate Professor, Widener University Center for Social Work Education

Delaware County residents were invited to participate through Zoom (through their desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device) or—for those without a fast and reliable internet connection—through a regular phone connection and were encouraged to submit questions to the panel.
