Central Records

The Central Records Department (CRD) of the George W. Hill Correctional Facility is responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility’s records system.  For more information please reach out to Emmanuel Asante via email at AsanteE@co.delaware.pa.us

As part of its core mission, the CRD manages the following:

Retention of all Facility Residents’ Records (Active & Inactive).

Retention of Support Operations and Programs Department Records.

Retention of Security Management Records.

Information Security.

Information Dissemination.

Records Destruction.

 

The following core functions of the Central Records Department (CRD) are carried out through the Facility Warden’s Office.

All records subpoenas and requests must be addressed to Warden Laura Williams.

All Court Orders must be addressed to Warden Laura Williams.

All Records Expungement Orders or Requests must be addressed to Warden Williams.

All medical records request must be HIPAA Compliant.

All facility records requests to Warden Williams must be channeled through the appropriate legal process.
