Please note that it is difficult to always answer the phone with a reduced on-site staff, and so we encourage inquiries by email.

Due to the ongoing judicial emergency related to COVID-19, we are currently providing services by appointment only. This allows for social distancing and disinfecting between appointments per the guidance of the Chester County Health Department. We offer limited in-person appointments and encourage virtual appointments where possible.
