Transfer Taxes

1. Transfer Tax is 1% to the State and 1% to the Local Municipality with the following Municipality exceptions:
   1. Radnor Township – 1.5%
   2. Upper Darby Township – 1.5% (effective 1/1/2022)
   3. Upper Providence Township – 2%
   4. Chester City – 1.5% (effective 9/1/2023)
