MJ was appointed to the Delaware County Planning Commission in February 2026 and represents Region 4. Since 2022 Mr. Frumin served as a member of the Radnor Township Planning Commission, leading it as Chair through 2024. He was a key member of the Steering Committee that helped develop Radnor 2035: A Vision for Radnor, the township’s Comprehensive Plan. Prior to his move to Delaware County, Mr. Frumin served as a Vice Chair of the Tinicum Township (Bucks County) Planning Commission, and subsequently as a member of their Zoning Hearing Board.

A lifelong entrepreneur in sales and marketing services, MJ Frumin specializes in business-to-consumer sales, from go-to-market launch to sales channel development. An expert in scaling sales organizations, MJ frequently advises other leaders on creating thriving remote teams. As Founder of Accelion, his role is to develop, implement, and continually optimize solutions for telecommunications, cable and deregulated energy clients while creating a world-class environment where employees are inspired and supported to produce extraordinary results every day. In addition to his work, he leads Accelion’s philanthropic efforts in communities where the company’s employees live, work, and play, with his special focus being underserved families and environmental protection.
