Recording Requirements
To be accepted for recording, all completed plans must include the following information. Please ensure each item is clearly visible on the plan to avoid delays or rejection.
- Owner’s signature and full notary acknowledgement
- Township, Borough, or City approval dated within 90 days of recording
- Delaware County Planning Department stamp and file number
- Board of Assessment parcel numbers and reviewer initials
*Highway & As-Built Plans may be recorded without the above requirements. However, they must include a Parcel ID number (or the municipality name(s) for highway plans).
