In-office Guardianship Tracking System Kiosk Now Available
To support guardians who may not have reliable access to a computer, the Orphans’ Court has made an in-office Guardianship Tracking System (GTS) Kiosk available. If you are not yet registered with the system, staff will provide you with a new user access code and instructions to create an account. Please note, staff can NOT assist in any way with the completion of your reports.
Paper guardian reports are no longer accepted. Reports must be filed electronically through the GTS.

OC Services
All other services, requests, and filings will be accepted and processed in the order they are received. We accept filings in person at our office, by U.S. mail, or through the Orphans’ Court drop box. We are working diligently behind the scenes on our e-filing capabilities and will provide updates as those online options become available.
