We are guided in this mission by Delaware County 2035, the County’s Comprehensive Plan. The Delaware County Planning Department conducts programs and initiatives to assist municipalities with sound planning practices. Delaware County Planning Department staff also support the Delaware County Planning Commission by managing the development review process and presenting their reviews to the Delaware County Planning Commission at its monthly meetings, where official recommendations are made.
